Our current portfolio includes The Charles, Bar Charles, Sister, El Carlos Elegante, Cafe Duro, Casa Duro (Michelin Guide 2024 Key), Sister, Mister Charles, Norman's Japanese Grill, and The Chumley House.

Duro Hospitality (Scilla, Mister Charles, Norman's Japanese Grill, The Chumley House, The Charles, Sister, & El Carlos Elegante) is opening a brand new private lunch & supper club concept this September located connected to it's newest concept Scilla near the corner of Douglas & Northwest Highway near to Preston Center. We are beginning to look for our opening service team. All positions are available. Duro has become well known in the industry for taking great care of our people, creating great culture, & a relentless pursuit to be best in class in all aspects of hospitality.
