Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with table setting to create a welcoming environment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
• Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Uphold sanitation standards through regular cleaning, food handling, and safe food service practices
• Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment following safe lifting practices
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience in catering or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
