Whether taking orders, upselling menu items, or handling transactions with precision, you’ll play a vital part in our guests’ enjoyment and satisfaction.

7.80 per hour plus tips as well

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior host/hostess experience or serving roles that demonstrate excellent guest interaction skills
