Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly, and timely service throughout the dining experience.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and assigned sections.
• Follow food safety, alcohol service, and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
