Server Assistant and Busser

Overview
We are seeking someone dedicated and personable to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role offers an opportunity to engage with guests, ensure excellent service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, restaurant operations, or related hospitality fields, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously
• Serve food and beverages efficiently in accordance with established standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment
• Handle food with proper safety and hygiene protocols, including food handling and preparation assistance when needed
• Support catering events and special functions as required
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
• A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory
