Duties

• Assist servers by bussing tables efficiently, clearing dishes, and resetting tables with proper table settings to ensure a clean and inviting dining area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning tables, chairs, and workstations regularly throughout shifts
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices to support smooth restaurant operations
• Support food service operations by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to guests when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed according to food safety standards
• Assist with catering setup and breakdown as required, supporting overall hospitality efforts

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of sanitation practices in food industry settings
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Knowledge of table setting techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality standards is a plus
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on customer service excellence in fast-paced environments
• Experience in catering, hotel service, or other food industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory
