Position Overview

We’re seeking a Server Assistant / Busser / Food Runner who takes pride in creating seamless dining experiences. This position is vital to our service flow, supporting servers and ensuring guests receive attentive, polished, and timely service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support servers by pre-bussing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests
• Assist with water service, bread service, and other guest needs
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas
• Uphold Millstone’s standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be available nights and weekends

Pay: $15.00 - $25.20 per hour
