We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Server Assistant / Barback who takes pride in supporting the team and helping create seamless, memorable dining experiences. This is an essential role for someone who understands that great service extends far beyond what guests see.

What You’ll Do

• Support servers and bartenders in delivering seamless, attentive, and efficient service.
• Assist with food running, table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and maintaining the flow of service.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, and properly prepared for service, including replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service stations, the bar, and other designated areas.
• Anticipate the needs of servers, bartenders, and guests to help prevent service interruptions.
• Communicate proactively with teammates and respond quickly as priorities shift.
• Follow proper standards for cleanliness, food safety, organization, and responsible alcohol-service support.
• Take pride in the details and contribute to an environment where the team can perform at its best.
