Server Assistant

Server Assistant — Terminal 26 (Ponce City Market).

Terminal 26, located inside Ponce City Market, is looking for a Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and wants to be part of a growing, energetic team.

What You'll Do:

• Support servers by bussing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Run food and drinks to tables, ensuring accuracy and timing.
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and common areas clean and stocked throughout the shift.
• Refill water, bread, and other table needs promptly.
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service.
• Provide friendly, attentive support to guests as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Team player who communicates well under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual with flexible availability, including evenings/weekends.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
