WHAT YOU OWN - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome every guest as if they chose YOU specifically tonight
• Know the menu inside and out — ingredients, allergens, chef's specials
• Guide guests through their full experience: drinks ? apps ? entrée ? dessert ? check
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, expo station, and your support team
• Handle modifications, special requests, and complaints with grace and ownership
• Process payments accurately through Toast POS
• Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
• Collaborate with bussers, runners, and hosts as one unified team

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

• Disappearing after you take the order
• Saying 'I don't know' without offering to find out
• Letting a table sit with empty glasses
• treating a guest complaint like a personal attack

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE ON YOUR SHIFT

• Guest thanks you by name at the end of the meal
• Guest asks to be seated in your section on their next visit
• Zero complaints traced back to your tables on your shift The kitchen never has to chase you for order clarification
