Responsibilities

Assist with cleaning and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces.

Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly, resetting them for new guests, and managing dishware and glassware safely through proper manual handling techniques.

Help with food running tasks by delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.

Participate in food handling and preparation activities as directed by supervisors, ensuring all health regulations are followed diligently.

Support restaurant operations during busy periods by providing in-person customer service, answering guest inquiries, and assisting with guest needs to enhance their overall experience.

Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as TOAST POS to process orders accurately when needed.

Engage in safe lifting practices when handling heavy items like crates or large trays to prevent injury and maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Experience with restaurant operations, including serving, food running, or banquet service, is advantageous.

Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances your ability to support seamless transactions.

Hands-on experience in kitchen environments or food preparation roles demonstrates your understanding of food safety and handling protocols.

Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with team members and providing excellent guest services.
