Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils to keep the dining area clean and organized
• Assist with food handling tasks, including setting up stations and ensuring proper sanitation practices
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing of tables, chairs, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely service
• Support catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent customer service in various settings

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling standards is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Experience working in hospitality environments such as hotels or catering services is advantageous
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food industry safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards
