Server Assistant

Overview
Café Monarch, a leader in ultra-fine dining, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our world-class service team. The Server Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of our multi-course tasting menu, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, elegant, and memorable. This position offers a clear pathway for growth, with the potential to advance into a Food Runner role.

Duties

• Maintain the flow of service through each course of the tasting menu.
• Clear plates and reset place settings with precision and attention to detail.
• Fire courses when directed to keep pacing of service consistent.
• Keep water glasses filled and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Reset and prepare tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring readiness for the next seating.
• Support Servers and Sommeliers by assisting with the delivery of food and overall guest service.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.

• Previous hospitality or fine dining experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
