Server Assistant

Join our team at Sushi Masa as a Server Assistant! We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our servers and ensuring our guests enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery and refill drinks as needed.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and support overall restaurant hygiene.
• Engage with guests, responding to inquiries and special requests with a friendly attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
