Server Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Server Assistant to support our restaurant operations. In this role, you will work closely with the serving team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food running, bussing tables, preparing decorations, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assist servers by running food promptly and accurately to guests’ tables.
• Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Support food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and ensure guest safety.
• Operate POS systems as needed for order accuracy and efficient service.
• Prepare decorations to enhance the ambiance of the dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines diligently.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
