What You’ll Do

• Run dishes from kitchen to table with speed and precision.
• Anticipate guest needs: refill water, clear plates, answer menu questions.
• Support wait staff as a seamless team player.
• Know the menu inside out to speak confidently about ingredients and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized station: bussing tables, taking out trash, resetting tables.
• Stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods without missing a beat.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Rapid learner who follows instructions and stays efficient under pressure.
• Positive, professional attitude with a knack for friendly guest interactions.
• Team-oriented: you lift others up and keep the energy high.
• Flexibility to work 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights.
