Server Assistant/Busser - AM

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server Assistant/Busser, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. AM Shift - Typically 6am-12pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and special events
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns professionally
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
