Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, coffee drinks, and light food items following safety and quality standards.
• Process retail sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Manage beverage service from order taking to drink delivery, ensuring timely and friendly interactions.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in processing transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including coffee brewing and non-alcoholic drink crafting.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Experience with retail sales transactions, food handling, and serving in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success.

Pay: From $4.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
