Server / Bartender / Busser

Job Overview

El Turco Turkish Food is currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Bussers to join our front-of-house team in Miami.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and guest-focused team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include:

• Providing friendly, professional, and attentive guest service
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders
• Using Toast POS to enter orders and process transactions
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Bartenders)
• Maintaining clean and organized tables, service stations, and bar areas
• Clearing, resetting, and preparing tables efficiently (Bussers)
• Working closely with other front-of-house and kitchen team members
• Following food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Maintaining excellent service during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Weekend and evening availability is preferred
• Toast POS experience is a plus
• Bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits are preferred for Bartender applicants
