Whether you dominate the floor executing high-impact table service or command the main bar crafting high-volume, premium beverages, you are the face of Hong Kong’s premier nightlife destination. We are looking for high-energy, charismatic professionals who thrive under heavy bass and flashing lights to elevate every guest's night.

Positions Available

1. Nightclub Server (VIP Floor)

* Role Focus: Lead table service, manage VIP sections, and execute rapid bottle service presentations.

* Key Strengths: High-energy floor presence, exceptional guest engagement, and rapid table maintenance in crowded, loud environments.

2. Bartender (Main Bar & Service Bar)

* Role Focus: Craft premium beverages, manage fast-paced bar tickets, and execute high-speed pour services.

* Key Strengths: Strong technical mixology, high-volume speed, pour accuracy, and stock/station organization.

What You Need to Have

* Nightlife Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume nightclub, luxury lounge, or high-energy hospitality venue.

* Product Knowledge: Solid grasp of premium spirits, prestige champagnes, wines, and signature cocktails.

* Composure Under Pressure: Ability to stay organized, swift, and sharp in a loud, fast-paced setting.

* VIP Charisma: Confident, polished demeanor with outstanding social skills to engage international guests and regulars.

* Communication: Fluency in English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.

What You Will Do

* Deliver Iconic Service: Provide top-tier service tailored to your assigned role (VIP floor or main bar).

* Drive VIP Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, building rapport with guests to drive loyalty and elevate table or bar spend.

* Maintain Operational Speed: Keep work areas stocked, process transactions accurately, and ensure rapid order execution.

* Collaborate: Work closely with security, receptionist, and management to maintain a safe, seamless, high-energy floor atmosphere.
