Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and beverage options with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.
• Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, in line with safety standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards for food safety.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights, banquets, or special events like nightclubs or catering functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
