Server Bartender

Restaurant Server Bartender – SOHOT Hotpot | Cary, NC

SOHOT Hotpot is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members to join our restaurant as a Server Bartender. This position includes serving responsibilities with some bartending, so we're looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Serving experience required. Bartending experience is preferred but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older due to North Carolina law regarding the sale of fortified wine, spirituous liquor, and mixed beverages.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types:

• Full-time
• Part-time

Shifts:

• 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide table service.
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all North Carolina alcohol laws.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area.
• Work as part of the team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
