Server/ Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of beverage crafting will create memorable experiences for our patrons. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems: Lightspeed.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote specialty drinks: Drink of the Week!
• Ensure all food handling, safety standards, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, especially in fine dining dinner setting.
• Assist in bar management duties as needed, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential
• Demonstrated cocktail mixing skills along with beverage recipe development expertise
• Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer brewing processes, and mixology techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry

Pay: $13.73 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 30.0 per week
