Server / Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Servers and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Future POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining or bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally.
• Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring seamless service during large or special occasions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Future POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue opportunities.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
