Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Paid positions ensure that your talent is recognized and rewarded from day one. This is a year-round position, with a starting rate of pay of $5.49 per hour, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards
• Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food service duties when necessary, including serving dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Develop creative beverage recipes and stay current on industry trends like mixology techniques and brewing styles

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on high-volume dining or nightlife environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover for order processing and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development, spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail mixing techniques (including mixology)
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
