Server / Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with beverage recipe development and suggest menu pairings to enhance guest experience
• Support bar management by restocking supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring equipment is operational

Skills

• At least 2 years experience serving or bartending.
• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Expertise in mixology techniques, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe creation
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards, banquet settings, nightclub environments or catering experience preferred
• Ability to process cash handling accurately while maintaining attention to detail in retail math and basic math skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
