Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a memorable dining experience
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry, sales transactions, and processing payments efficiently
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations, tables, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas promptly to optimize table turnover
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on beverage service; fine dining experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable; ability to process sales transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests professionally
• Demonstrated cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge; familiarity with wine types and beverage presentation techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing payments efficiently
• Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards; experience with food handling preferred
• Hospitality or restaurant experience including serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills coupled with a team-oriented attitude to support seamless service delivery

Pay: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
