Server/ Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Spot On or Toast
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
• Assist in beverage recipe development to introduce new drinks that excite our guests’ palates
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills during busy hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Full service Restaurant & bartending with a focus on customer service excellence
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team environment
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and bill splitting purposes

Pay: From $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
