Server/ bartender

Casa Masa is looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team at The Landings!

We’re a locally owned restaurant focused on scratch-made food, quality ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to create a great guest experience, and can confidently handle both bartending and serving responsibilities.

This is a hybrid position, meaning you’ll work both behind the bar and on the floor depending on the needs of the restaurant.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience REQUIRED
• Previous serving experience REQUIRED
• Daytime availability REQUIRED
• Full-time and part-time availability considered
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and general bar operations
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and tables
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar and service area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Assist teammates throughout service to keep operations running smoothly
• Uphold Casa Masa’s standards for hospitality, food quality, and presentation
