Server / Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the energetic vibe of our venue. Whether taking orders at the table or mixing drinks behind the bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, engaging atmosphere
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of all menu items according to health regulations
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing guest needs proactively and professionally
• Uphold food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol serving practices

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Proven sales ability through upselling drinks or menu items to enhance guest experience
• Prior fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus, along with banquet or catering background
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required
