Kickback Jack’s is looking for energetic, dependable Servers, Bartenders, Hosts & To-Go Specialists who enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy restaurant, and are passionate about creating an excellent guest experience.

The Role

As a Restaurant Server / Bartender, you’ll help create a great experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

You’ll take care of guests, serve food and drinks, stay one step ahead of what they need, and work alongside the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly - even when we’re busy.

Our Hosts & To-Go Specialists are often the first and last people our guests interact with—and that makes this an important part of our team.

Depending on your position, you’ll welcome and seat guests, manage the flow of the dining room, answer phones, take To-Go orders, prepare orders for pickup, process payments, and make sure every guest feels taken care of.

Depending on your experience and interests, there are opportunities to work and grow across all service-level roles, including: serving, bartending, hosting, and To-Go.
