Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining and drinking experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote sales
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and balancing cash drawers
• Assist in food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals and supporting banquet functions

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within a hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits handling
• Familiarity with fine dining standards, cocktail preparation, craft beer selection, and food safety protocols
• Ability to multitask efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience with banquet or catering services is a plus but not required
• Basic math skills for retail math, food industry calculations, and cash processing

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
