About Bar Leone

Bar Leone is an intimate, upscale cocktail lounge in the heart of SoHo, offering a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and an elevated hospitality experience.

We are looking for experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Servers to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is confident, polished, attentive, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. We value professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to provide exceptional service without making it feel overly formal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, warm, and professional service throughout the guest experience.
• Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, and food offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a discreet and unobtrusive service style.
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, management, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain impeccable table presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Accurately manage orders, payments, and transactions using the POS system.
• Support opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Remain composed, efficient, and attentive during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, hotel, or nightlife environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished presentation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to hospitality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
