Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring prompt delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at the end of shifts
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in breakfast or fine dining settings
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling protocols
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly valued
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations; ability to upsell effectively to boost sales
