Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server Busser, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Assist servers with food delivery, beverage service, and guest requests to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
• Support bartenders by bussing empty glasses and assisting with beverage station organization when needed
• Process cash transactions accurately for any guest payments or tips received during service
• Uphold sanitation and food handling protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume periods smoothly, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience with beverage service, including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and open table reservations (OpenTable) experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales or tips
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub settings, or high-volume restaurants is desirable but not mandatory
