Demonstrate basic service techniques and style.

Ability to take orders accurately and enter them in POS system.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and ingredients.

Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.

Ability to clean and reset dining spaces. 

Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment.

Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed.

Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.

Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code. 

Front-of-the house experience.

Ability to be organized while multi-tasking.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.

Must have patience, tact and cheerful disposition.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1 year of Serving experience
