Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while ensuring all requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in food preparation and handling, adhering to safety regulations.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
