Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing attentive service
• Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables
• Ensure all food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Process payments and deliver checks accurately
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a seamless dining experience
• Consistently deliver service that exceeds guest expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of serving experience in an elevated restaurant environment
• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Current Food Handler Card and Title IV Alcohol Certification
• Reliable transportation
