Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

About the Opportunity

Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking a friendly Server to help create gracious, respectful dining experiences for residents and guests in our new assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining-room and room-service support, including taking orders and delivering meals.
• Serve meals, beverages, salads, soups, desserts, and snacks in a gracious and timely manner.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, rights, and confidentiality.
• Set tables, stock condiments, prepare service stations, and support special events and family dining events.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining areas, beverage and dessert stations, refrigerators, and service equipment.
• Coordinate with cooks, supervisors, and other team members to ensure orders are accurate and dining service runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain one within the facility’s required timeframe.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to work with older adults.
• Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow sanitation, hygiene, health, and food-safety standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and complete active dining-service tasks throughout the shift.
