Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring correct processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service with spirits knowledge, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring timely service in a fine dining setting
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar platforms is essential
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions
• Proven ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is required
• Demonstrated skills in upselling, guest relations, and providing exceptional customer service are highly valued

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
