Our family entertainment center is home to the world's largest indoor multi-level karting track, a one-of-a-kind Ninja Wipeout Arena, expansive Arcade, and more, making it fun for everyone. Alongside our attractions, we operate Tap and Tavern: a full-service restaurant and bar where our team is committed to providing excellent food and service in a fun, high-energy environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you’ll provide outstanding service to our guests and ensure that each visit is memorable from start to finish. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

· Greet guests promptly and deliver excellent service throughout their visit.

· Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

· Serve menu items with attention to timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.

· Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

· Handle payments and transactions accurately.

· Assist with setup, side work, and closing duties as needed.

· Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

· Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

· Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

· Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist where needed.

· Able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant quickly.

· Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
