Job Description: Server / Waitstaff

​We are looking for a professional and vibrant Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience through attentive service and excellent product knowledge.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, help them to their tables, and provide menus.
• ​Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system and communicate any special dietary requirements or allergies to the kitchen.
• ​Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations.
• ​Table Maintenance: Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, clear empty plates, and ensure tables are clean and reset according to brand standards.
• ​Quality Control: Ensure all served food and beverages meet quality standards before reaching the guest.
• ​Payment Handling: Process guest bills accurately and handle cash or credit card transactions efficiently.
• ​Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and assist colleagues during peak hours.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Experience: Proven experience as a Server or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• ​Communication: Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written) to interact with international guests.
• ​Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• ​Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry heavy trays or plates.
• ​Reliability: Strong punctuality and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• ​Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for billing.
• ​Education: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
