Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, organized manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues with professionalism and care
• Stay current on menu items, daily specials, and seasonal offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room and service areas
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service
• Uphold Max Hospitality’s standards of excellence in every aspect of the dining experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment preferred
• Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors
• Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment
• Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace
