Duties

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage customers relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and handling cash transactions confidently
