Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food safety standards and food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and ensuring cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is advantageous

Pay: $200.00 - $2,175.24 per week
