Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options when needed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks according to restaurant standards.
• Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain an organized dining area.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served correctly and promptly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies and responsible alcohol-service procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, bartender, or in customer service is an advantage.
• Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good memory and attention to detail when taking orders.
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and basic bar service is an advantage.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
