Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide accurate information about food, beverages, and available promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or appropriate station.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while following proper service standards.
• Monitor tables and attend to customer requests throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented before serving.
• Assist in preparing tables, dining areas, and service stations before and during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, utensils, and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth customer flow.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, cashier, and other service staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist in restocking service supplies and monitoring availability of dining essentials.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college level or vocational training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Service Crew is preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn and follow restaurant service, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
