Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential
