About the role
Welcome and serve guests with a friendly attitude. Take and serve food & beverage orders. Recommend menu items and assist guests when needed. Keep the work area clean and organized. Make sure every guest has a great experience. Work well with the team to deliver excellent service. Follow company SOPs and service standards.

Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, KTV, or Hospitality
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of Wine, Spirits, Cocktails, and F&B menu
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
- Honest, responsible, and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Placement: Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, North Jakarta.
