Position Summary

Servers create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, confident menu knowledge, and thoughtful service. They anticipate guest needs, guide each table with care, and contribute to a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Reports to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and care for guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menu with confidence and thoughtful recommendations.
• Speak knowledgeably about ingredients, preparation, wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Accurately enter orders, deliver service efficiently, and ensure every detail of the guest experience is executed with care.
• Maintain awareness of guest and team needs throughout service.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with management and teammates.
• Support dining room operations wherever needed.
• Maintain proficiency in the restaurant's food, beverage, and wine menus.
• Complete all required education and assessments.
• Represent the restaurant with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Qualifications

• Serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. (except Host, 25 pounds)
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion.
• Ability to work safely around hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors.
